Think Strategic

The beginning lessons engage participants on the topic of, “How to Think Like an Entrepreneur!” Approaches to ‘thinking outside of the box’ by analyzing activities of daily living to recognize opportunity, thinking through and managing risks, and ethics of critical thinking and problem solving are all discussed.

Owning Success

There are many journeys to success. While each ones’ journey is unique to their plan, each lesson empowers participants to identify entrepreneurial success. ‘Why Entrepreneurs Succeed,’ ‘Identifying Problems as Opportunities, The Power of Quality Questions; and Facing Failures, are talked about during sessions.

Generating Ideas

Participants engage in a 3-Day Interactive Think—Tank analyzing personal daily trends to provoke new business ideas. Students place emphasis on their actions, feelings and emotions to curate an innovative product or service. Principles of curiosity, resilience, and creativity are discussed throughout the lessons.

The Business Plan

Through culmination, students are guided through creating a full-scale Business Operations Plan curated from ideas generated in previous lessons. Components include Executive Summary, Company Description, Products and Services, Market Analysis, Implementation, Organization and Management, and Financial Projections.
